Insurance

Emergency service included within the price of every wedding cake order. If anything should happen to your cake during delivery/set-up or during your reception we will replace the cake within a 1-3 hour window. Exact timing will depend on delivery location.

Initial Deposit

We require a deposit at the time of booking your order. The full balance on your account is due 7 days prior to the event date. You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, Debit or cash, e-transfer at info@justtemptations.com.

Cancellation

For any cancellation there will be an automatic forfeiting of the initial deposit and will not be refunded. The deposit is non-transferable to any other product or service. Cancelled orders are eligible for store credit or can be postponed to a later date with no expiry. We will require at least 1 week’s notice for cancellation.

Delivery

Delivered in a uniformed Just Temptations employee. Delivery zone is a 150 km radius from our Mississauga location. Depending on availability, we can arrange for special deliveries. Delivery prices starting from $40.00.

Allergy Attention

Just Temptations is NOT a Nut free facility and we can’t guarantee that there are absolutely no traces of nuts in our products.

Lead Time

We suggest that if your wedding is taking place during the busy wedding season (May – September) you should book 9-12 months in advance. If your wedding is during the off-season (October – April) we suggest booking 4-6 months in advance.

Cake stands

Offered in various sizes, shapes and colours such as silver, gold, and white. Also rent cupcakes stands in two sizes (50-70 small, 100-125 large).

We also provide cake stands in different sizes and colors at $200 refundable deposit and a $50.00 rental fee.
